Where is my order? 
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Do I have to pay Duties and Taxes?
While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Can I change/cancel my order once placed? 
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?
All shipments (excluding Australia shipments via Auspost) require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. 

What happens if I refuse my shipment?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us before your order is dispatched.

Can I combine discounts?
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. V THE LABEL has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping timelines are usually within 3-5 business days from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Please note there is additional 7 days for engraving items.

How is my order shipped?
We use Australia Post for Australia & FedEX for US and International orders. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.

Personalised Engraving Orders
Please allow an additional 7-10 working days to deliver (excluding weekends) for engraved items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments.
